MULTIVERSE SURVEILLANCE PORTAL

Master Lucius: Fallen Mystic

Master Lucius: Fallen Mystic

Lucius' fanatical followers dispersed after we dealt with Lucius. Humans are so fickle. That has to sting.

At the height of his power Lucius was able to project his consciousness into the Multiverse and add new worlds to it. His method for this travel was a focused sonic meditation he learned from his mother Jean. It allowed him to send his mind into a “blank” universe. These universes were like clean sheets of paper and Lucius eventually learned how to write on them.

Lucius was able to build new worlds within these spaces and he could also  take other people with him. He used this chaotic gift to start a church: The Power of Positive Mechanics.

Lucius became a textbook example of what happens when godhood is wasted on a human.

Positive Mechanics began as a self-help group but as Lucius grew in power and ability it mutated into an influential and wealthy cult. Lucius built Portals Bermuda, an extra-dimensional health spa and resort for the spiritually aware. It was accessible only to the wealthiest of his followers, who traveled there through interdimensional wormholes originating from the Positive Mechanics headquarters in Santa Fe.

Portals Bermuda was a cosmic abomination. Amateur work. Humans should not create their own universes. They don’t even know about basic worldbuilding concepts like sub-polar magnetic decay or load-bearing Jungian archetypes. Portals was cobbled together from five different realities and its rickety structure put significant strain on the Multiverse. It would have collapsed time and space if we had not put a stop to it.

Good riddance.

Oh yeah? How’d that work out for you, Lucius?
