Lucius’ life is characterized by the dramatic spikes in stress he places on the Multiverse. The first spike occurred in 1988 when Lucius walked in on the Nimsesku experiment. This stress continued to climb as Lucius became more powerful and started building Portals Bermuda. The alarming upward trend almost certainly would have collapsed the structure of time and space had we not stopped him. Today, the stress he places on the system is back to normal levels. Mundane.

Veteran agents like to show this graph to rookies to illustrate the danger creative chaos poses to the Multiverse. Lucius is our case study in why all of the Anomaly’s creatures need the Charter’s guiding hand.

In his heyday Lucius loved to flaunt his disrespect for Order. He preferred to be an order unto himself, creating an entire belief system that placed his worldview at the very center. These flimsy things are no match for the Pyramid. The Charter is Order and we make no room for any other administrators.
