Suggested Actions: There are disagreements in Charter circles about how much damage empaths can do. Although empaths are creatures of the Anomaly, deviants like Morgan are almost incapable of disturbing the balance of the Multiverse. They can feel the stress they place on the system and so they instead try to live in harmony with it.

Historically our involvement with empaths has been to stay at a distance and observe them. The “distance” part of that is key. Empaths can feel the emotions of others and “sneering contempt” is a dead giveaway that a Charter agent is nearby.
